Inside Sales Team Leader

About Us:

At PowerPak, we rely on a fast moving, high performing Sales Team with a People First mindset to drive company growth. The Inside Sales Team Leader role will grow and maintain a book of business accounts and keeping our loyal customer base happy!

Purpose of Role:

To manage PowerPak’s Inside Sales department, including setting and achieving Sales Targets and KPIs. This is a strategic role that includes motivating and leading the Sales Team while ensuring Sales Reporting is conducted in a timely manner, along with developing strategies with management around achieving aggressive revenue growth targets.

Core Responsibilities Outline:

  • Responsible for the KPIs of the Inside Sales team, including motivation for the team to hit those targets and adjusting where necessary.
    • Targets as shown by the weekly Sales PPT & Sales huddles.
    • 30 Minute Response Time.
    • Phone Answering Speed (3 seconds).
  • Work in conjunction with HR on the hiring and training of new team members.
    • Coaching and onboarding will be your responsibility, HR will be available to assist as a resource.
  • Development and implementation of an effective daily time zone.
  • Oversee Sales Reporting including the weekly Sales PPT & Monthly Sales Reporting.
  • Create strategic plans for the future of the Inside Sales Team when necessary.
  • Manage & Oversee:
    • Inside Sales Processes.
    • Customer Support Metrics.
    • Inbound & Outbound Call Quality/Coaching.
    • New Team Member Onboarding.
    • Team Member Task/Quote Management.

KPI’s:

  • Team Sales.
  • Team KPIs.
  • Overall Sales Order Accuracy.
  • Phone Answering Speed.
  • Team ENPS.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Customer Oriented.

  • Pay: $120,000 - $130,000 per year with OTE up to $150,000.
